Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a comprehensive package for your special day. Most packages include tables, chairs, linens, access to the beautiful venue Friday at 10 am - Sunday at 12 pm, access to our bar, bride preparation room, and nearby breathtaking outdoor photo opportunities (less than one mile from Lake Superior, the historic Hotel Chequamegon, the Ashland Marina, and more).

We require a deposit of $1,000 + tax upon booking. It is non-refundable. We also require a $250 damage deposit. Once the property is inspected and there are no damages or missing items, we'll refund this charge seven days after the event.

We will! We're in the process of building a vintage bar for our events. 

Both! We can accommodate both, or one or the other. Just note that if you plan to have both in the same space, you will be responsible for moving chairs, tables, etc during the reception prep phase.

Yes. We have elevator access to the main venue (located on the second floor).

We do not allow real candles to be burned, but otherwise, you can bring just about any decoration you'd like (no confetti!) Just let us know if you have questions.
